First off, to increase the synchronicities in your life, all you need to do is visualize your goals "as if" you already have them. You want to find $50 in the street, see in your mind's eye money flowing to you. You can do this in a formal visualization at home, sitting relaxed with eye's closed and seeing yourself walking down the street finding money all over, and putting it in your pockets. If you keep doing this everyday, you'll see the amount of money you find starting to increase. But you have to keep at it everyday. The same goes for your other goals, just see yourself as already having them. One other way you can increase coincidences is to use affirmations. In fact, you could use these affirmations along with the visualizations, doing both in the same day. You can use statments like: "I now have large sums of money come to me from all over". "I am a powerful money magnet" "I am always in the right place at the right time to find free money everywhere I go" For your other goals you can make up some statements yourself. I'm sure you'll think of ways to say things that really make it happen for you. I've noticed with myself, that if I'm in a happy, joyful and balanced mood, somewhat like being very centered and serene, I always have more sync's happen to me. Hi, I have seen your posts and I see that you suffer from past events that have occured in your life. I share the same kind of problem. I have not found a quick solution but I have found something to deal with my pain. I try to meditate everyday on my hart chakra. (Search google for exact location of the hart chakra) The main purpose for me is that I smile to my hart chakra. Also when I meditate on my hart chakra I put my hand on my hart chakra, this makes it more pleasent and more easy to concentrate. When I notice breathing uncomfortable I try to relax my breath for a minute. Smiling to my hart chakra is my standard excercise. (eyes closed). Not imagening smiling, realy smile with your face like you are realy smiling. I started with 5 till approx 10 minutes per session. I do 3 sessions or more per day. When It feels unpleasent I do the same smiling thing on my Lower Dan Tien. Located 2 inches under your navel and sometimes I did the smiling meditation in my head but I don;t do it in my head anymore, it feels not right to me. This meditation practice is the hardest thing for me to do, to be honest I don't like it but it gives me great results and in the end it gives me a smile and a sence of relaxation. It's boring, and my mind is always trying to take me away from the now and starts shattering. I also do some sort of mantra. Sitting relaxed undisturbed saying silently with my lips moving: I love my self deeply and completly, ore I say: I love my self ore you can make your own sentence. Another excise that was realy hard for me was the mirror excercise. Look yourself right in the eyes and say love yourself. In the beginning I did not liked looking to myself but now I love looking myself in the eyes and I love smiling to myself. It's all about selflove. The key is to love yourself. To most powerfull thing that I do is asking myself some powerfull questions. I got them from the sedona method. The Sedona Method does not work for me but the questions they use are very powerfull. Could I let this feeling go Would I let this feeling go When do I let this feeling go I use them like this: when I am realy stuck and full of desires, because when I have a desire I don't love myself. Because when I have a desire I believe happiness or forigivness is outside of me. But the only place where you will find true love is in yourself. When I notice something like for example: wanting out of this misereble live or I realy want a girlfriend so I can be happy, or I realy regret of having used a lot of drugs etc etc. Questions I ask myself: Do I want to feel sorry for myself for what I have done in the past ? ore Do I want to Love Myself ? often my answer is I want to love myself, this answer can give a nice smile. Could I love my self ? yes or no does not matter jus answer When would I like to love myself ? now ore not now does not matter what you answer, just answer. When you notice you love yourself after answering yes on one of the questions ask the following question Do I like loving myself yes ofcourse Sometimes I realy got stuck nothing of the techniques worked. Then I noticed that I needed to forgive myself on the subject. I use moonshadows pictures to make my room more comfortable and to assist me in my practice to self love and healing. Moonshadows free Chi gen and Quantum love pictures are also very good. You can first start with printing 40 images and put them under your bed or whatever you like. I spred them under my bed because most of my time I am in my bedroom. A good eye opener for me was the sedona method book from Hale Dwoskin and No attachments and no aversions from Lester Levenson. I also know a lot about Chi Kung (qigong), buddhism, Meditation, Healing and releasing practices like: zpoint, eft, quantum touch, TAT. Sometimes I realy thought that nothing works for me and that I started getting crazy but finally I found some usefull information after a lot of searching and trying in all those spiritual practices.
